PTE Thomas MacNiven (293166) fought with the 1st/7th Battalion Black Watch Royal Highlanders.
Born 1893 and lived at Druimnamoina, Appin, Argyll.
Thomas was killed in action on 11th April 1917 at Pas de Calais, France, at the age of 24.
He is remembered with honour at Brown Copse Cemetery, France.
